Oh gosh, it's been a hot minute since I've written on here! You know the drill, life get's in the way and it's so hard to find some time to sit down and just write. I will try my best to get to writing once a week again for you all! I truly hope you all have been having a wonderful year. With that being said, I've been changing my diet a bit and seeing amazing results along with my workout routine. Love it or hate it, celery juice has a lot of health benefits for you and I've incorporated it into my morning routine by one cup a day!
Read on for this super easy recipe.
Juicer or blender (I use a blender)
2 cups of chopped celery (I use organic but any is fine)
2 cups of water
A pinch of lemon juice (I like to add for some flavor but definitely don't need too)
Make sure your blender or juicer is clean and ready to go.
Add in your 2 cups of chopped celery. I normally use 4 celery stalks and cut them up into tiny pieces, enough to make 2 cups.
Once your celery is in the blender add 2 cups of water.
Turn on juicer or blender and blend.
Once blended pour into cup. If you'd like to add some flavor add in just a pinch of lemon juice.
