If you're anything like me, you have a weakness for sweets and ice cream. As I absolutely love sweets, naturally I enjoy baking. Have you ever wondered what you can make with already pre-made ice cream sandwiches? I didn't either until I thought out of the box. Normally you just eat the sandwich, right? What if I told you, there are so many endless possibilities! See below for my Ice Cream Cake Sandwich recipe and go try it for yourself!
Ingredients:
4 Pre-made Ice Cream Sandwiches (I used Fat Boy but any brand is fine)
Betty Crocker Icing
Sprinkles
Chocolate Chips
Steps
Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and place two side by side both top and bottom into a baking dish. They should be aligned into a square.
Spread the icing out onto the top of the sandwiches evenly until it looks like a cake.
Sprinkle on chocolate chips, sprinkles and any other toppings you'd like.
Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until serving.
